Boy Meets Girl

Tae Kwon Do class, Summer 2003: The air in the room was thick with sweat. Breathing heavily, Joseph (a relative newcomer to the class) leaned heavily on a wall, scrambling to regain his composure.

Across the room, thats when he saw her, happily practising her forms... She was fresh. Smiling. She was humming the intro theme to Disney's "Alladin"

Joseph thought to himself : "How the hell does she look so pristine?"

XiaoPu thought to herself: "God that new guy is gross. He's dripping sweat all over the floor..."

And there it starts...

Boy Sweeps Girl Off Feet

After many moons of training and pleading he somehow convinces her give him a chance. With the stipulation that he shower before picking her up, the couple emabarks on the tumultuous journey that has lead them this far....
Major Highlights include:

language acquisition (Xiaopu's family helps Joseph practice all the time)
many a christmas together (4 years in 4 different houses! Xiaopu fits right into the Fung tradition now)
many a campaign; goblins, dragons, flaming corpses and the occasional resurrection... the couple have been playing D&D together for years
they bought their first house (fortress) together in 2007
got engaged Dec 14 2006 at Bhima's Warung in Waterloo

Boy & Girl Live Happily Ever After

This part is still to be written...but it will hopefully involve lots of robots.
